Read Drunken Happiness- Collection of Poems on Incidental Short Stories. This poem is written by Ms. Manju Bose who is a contributor in Incidental Short Stories.
Love is like alcohol. It takes us to an entirely new world where we see what we want to see and believe what we love to believe. We create images of our own dreams and call them humans. We create a life we always wanted to live in and believe it to be real.
Drunken Happiness- Collection of Poems By Ms. Manju Bose
You are so real!
More real than life,
More real than pain-
My dreams melt away,
In the glaring, goading reality, Of your presence;
Long ago when the world was young,
Melodious lines of drunken happiness,
Flowed into each other,
And formed mammoth canvases of euphoria!
In that Aura of drugged consciousness,
I thought of reality, I looked for love,
I created you.Written By- Ms. Manju Bose
